Insomnia is easy to wake up

Frequent nights

The liver is the master of digestive system, which has the function of relieving the spleen and stomach and promoting the secretion of bile. Drink more water and tea

Drink more water, which can help dilute toxins and reduce the burden on the liver. Adding some small plants in boiled water (tea) can help to remove the liver fire and reduce insomnia and irritability.

Preparation: Chrysanthemum, Honeysuckle, Cassia seed, Wolfberry, Burdock root, Osmanthus flower, boiled water.

Avoid alcohol

Because of the metabolism of alcohol in the human body, about 90% of the alcohol enters the liver and produces acetaldehyde under the action of alcohol dehydrogenase. Acetaldehyde has a non-toxic effect on liver cells.

Go to bed early, get up early, don’t stay up late

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that “liver stores blood”, staying up late for long time and lack of sleep will lead to the relative lack of blood flow in the liver. Which will affect the nutrition and moisture of liver cells, and leads to the decline of their immunity. Hence for a long time the liver function will be abnormal, which can lead to the occurrence of liver disease.

Eat more fruits and vegetables, avoid junk food

If you eat too much fat for a long time, it will increase the burden on the liver. If the intake and synthesis of the fat increases, or the transport and utilization of fat is reduced, it will lead to fatty liver.

Keep your mood happy and less angry

Chinese medicine says that “Anger hurts the liver”, which will lead to the stagnation of the liver. If a person is depressed, he/she will be sick slowly, First, he/she starts to be sick from the liver, then from the gallbladder to the spleen, and then from the stomach to the biological clock.

Less mobile phone playing and more eyes moving

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that “long term vision injures the liver” not only injures the livers, but also injures the eyes, resulting in dry and astringent eyes.
